We were skeptical about ordering a mattress online! The price and reviews were so good that we decided to go for it.
I had a herniated disc 3 yrs. ago and have developed arthritis in the lower back...Long story short, our queen solid latex ($2200) helped a great deal, then we wanted a larger bed, but didn't want to shell out another 2-3K. From night one on this mattress I have not had any stiffness when I wake up, and I am sleeping better than ever. It's firm, but very comfortable.
We got the level 6 which is a medium-firm.
LOVE IT!
